I am a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach certified through International Sports Sciences Association. There are no cookie cutter programs here. Each client will have a specific training and meal plan tailored just for them. Everyone is different, so should their plan. I will show you the path to your health and fitness goals, you will have to put in the work. This is a partnership that we both have to work at to be successful. When working with clients, I like to build from the ground up. Instead of handing you a meal plan, I teach you how to build your own. I am veteran of the US Army and a current NPC competitor. I have been training my entire adult life and want to share my knowledge and commitment with you. Strength training has helped me physically as well as mentally. The gym has become my therapy. I have multiple back injuries as well as shoulder surgeries and multiple cervical spine surgeries. Strength training helps me with pain management as well as stress relief and mental health.
